Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate8 oz/250 g good quality dark chocolate

2 cups/500 ml 10% cream

4 oz/125 ml Irish Cream Liqueur

Whipped cream to decorate

Method: Chop up chocolate. Add to a thick bottomed pan, pour cream on top and stir over medium heat until chocolate has melted. Divide into two large mugs. Stir 2 oz/62 ml Irish Cream into each mug and top with whipped cream before serving.
