Homemade for the holidays

Royal Icing

group2_cookieshot8 oz/250 g icing sugar

1 1/2 tbsp/22 ml meringue powder

3 tbsp/45 ml warm water


Method: Whisk together the water and meringue powder. Add the icing sugar and beat until smooth. For piping the icing for the feathers, add 1 tsp/5 ml water per cup of icing to thin out.
